Exchange
We offer exchanges, not refunds. If the size or colour isn't right, swap it within 30 days.
- 30 days from delivery to request an exchange.
- Shoes must be unworn outdoors, in the original box, with all tags attached.
- Exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
- No cash refunds — exchanges only.
